Sunnylands Yoga—Episode Two

Sunnylands Yoga continues with this second video with instructor Kristin Olson guiding yoga enthusiasts of all ages through this forty-five minute session.

This episode is an all-inclusive gentle class with twists, wringing of the central core, and hamstring stretches. This session also incorporates movement practice to align with the divine, energize your body, and relieve anxiety. Join with mindfulness and befriend your vessel and temple. Breathe.
