Dr. Teresa Domzal

Dr. Teresa Domzal currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer, National Counterintelligence and Security Center, in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. During her 15-year federal government career, she has served as a Senior Intelligence Analyst in the Department of Treasury’s Office of Intelligence and Analysis,  Deputy Assistant Director of National Intelligence for Human Capital, Director of the Intelligence Learning Network, and Provost of the National Intelligence University. Prior to that she served in the Central Intelligence Agency.

Before joining the federal government, Dr. Domzal began a 20-year career in academe at George Mason University, serving as a faculty member, department chair, and ultimately as Dean of the School of Business. She then served as Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs at Richmond, The American International University in London. She was a guest lecturer at the University of Odense School of Economics; Gallup Research, Copenhagen; and Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. She also served as a visiting professor at Bond University, Queensland, Australia. Her academic research focused on behavioral analysis in consumer research, semiotics, and postmodern identity.

Concurrent with her academic career, Dr. Domzal served as a consultant for several multinational companies transitioning from multinational to global operations.  Consultancies focused on competing in global markets, market analysis, brand positioning and advertising strategy, and strategic planning. Her lecturing and consulting included travel to more than thirty countries.

Dr. Domzal earned her PhD and MBA from the University of Cincinnati and her undergraduate degree from Niagara University in New York. She also completed the High Performance Leadership Program at the University of Chicago.
