Lupe Torres-Rodriguez

Lupe Torres-Rodriguez is the director of human resources at Sunnylands. Prior to joining Sunnylands, Lupe was vice president of human resources at Trojan Battery Company and Del Real Foods. She is an experienced human resources leader who has served in various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, service, and non-profit. She has solid business experience in executive coaching, labor relations, organizational development, project management, and strategic leadership. In her career, Lupe has executed global human resources management projects and assignments to support corporate leaders in Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Lupe holds a master’s degree in human resources from Chapman University in Orange, California, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles, California. She has professional certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Society of Human Resources Management. While serving in the industrial sector, Lupe achieved a Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology from California State University-Fullerton.
