Adolescents with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are at risk of academic problems, strained relationships, peer rejection, and unsafe behavior – and parents are often at a loss for how to handle these challenges.
Now, a new book developed out of a partnership between the Annenberg Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania and the Annenberg Foundation Trust at Sunnylands, offers help.
“If Your Adolescent Has ADHD” is the latest product of the Adolescent Mental Health Initiative, which was convened in 2003 to share expertise on a range of adolescent mental health issues, as well as positive youth development.
