Daisy Robles

Daisy is an assistant superintendent of grounds at Sunnylands. She oversees the grounds at the Center & Gardens and the administration campus. Daisy has been with Sunnylands since 2016, beginning as a gardener working primarily at the Center & Gardens. She was later promoted to horticulturist, where she worked on the estate, focusing on the landscape around the house and the interior plants.

Originally from Illinois, Daisy moved to California when she was 16 years old. She has now been in the Coachella Valley for 10 years. Daisy realized her passion for horticulture when she enrolled in horticulture classes at College of the Desert. In 2015, Daisy graduated from College of the Desert with an associate’s degree in environmental horticulture.

When Daisy is not at Sunnylands, she enjoys hiking with her dog, gardening at home, or simply enjoying the wonders of Southern California.
