Lily Annenberg

Lily Annenberg is a curious and passionate individual who is drawn to the notion that determination can turn dreams into reality. This shaped her journey at Duke University, where she pursued an undergraduate degree by designing her own major, The American Dream: A Critical History and its Possible Futures. Her interdisciplinary coursework and thesis, which examined the evolution of the American Dream through cultural, political, and technological shifts, earned her a Graduation with Higher Distinction honor. She was also the recipient of the 2024 Forever Duke Student Leadership Award for her commitment to innovation, creativity, and community impact.
While at Duke, Lily co-founded the Duke Creator Lab, an initiative that fosters collaboration between student creators, strategists, and storytellers. She also played a key role in producing the university’s annual DEMAN (Duke Entertainment, Media & Arts Network) Weekend, connecting students with industry leaders across media and entertainment.
Currently, Lily lives in Los Angeles, where she works as a talent assistant at United Talent Agency in the motion picture department. Beyond her agency work, Lily remains actively involved in philanthropic and creative communities, working with organizations such as The Harbour Fund and championing young creators through mentorship and events.
Lily’s guiding mission remains rooted in the ideals she explored in her thesis: to question inherited narratives, uplift new voices, and turn bold dreams into tangible futures.
