Marcelo Kloster

Marcelo Kloster is the director of IMPSA and advisor to the Minister of Productive Development, Government of Argentina. An analytical background developed during his career as an engineer, to which he has been able to add relevant skills for team development and group leadership with measurable objectives, obtained in national and multinational firms.
He has two postgraduate degrees, a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Technology and Society, plus a set of valuable assets, such as fluency in four new languages, familiarity with ICTs, and project evaluation, as well as a short but fruitful period as a small entrepreneur where he consolidated skills, seeking a harmonic balance between rational and emotional skills.
He has a very suitable profile for management that mediates between “hard” areas (science, technology, and engineering) and “soft” areas (commercial and human, related to the market and the economy). He also has experience in B2B business management, relations with the administration, reading of industrial trends, prospecting for new technologies, and insertion in the market.
