Dennis Borja comes to Sunnylands with more than 18 years of leadership experience in the hotel and restaurant industry.

Dennis was raised in Manila, the Philippines, and currently resides in Cathedral City with his rescue dogs, Oakley, Ollie, and Callie.

Dennis earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the International Academy of Business and Economics. His job experience includes roles such as director of operations at Hyatt Hotels, and director of restaurants and bars, director of recreation, director of pool operations, and arrivals experience manager for multiple Westin hotels and resorts.

Before coming to Sunnylands, Dennis worked at the Marriott Shadow Ridge in Palm Desert as director of recreation.  In his leisure time, he enjoys trying new food places while visiting his daughter, Denise, golfing, and spending quality time with his three dogs.
