Horticulture Experience: Orchids & Earth Day

Create a stunning botanical arrangement in this Earth Day-themed horticultural workshop inspired by the orchids displayed in the Sunnylands Center and the wide variety of succulents found in the Sunnylands gardens.

Led by horticultural designer Kate Minelian from Palm Springs Flower School, participants will create arrangements using hand-selected plants, as well as enjoy a guided tour of select areas of the Center & Gardens.

Fee: $70 per guest. Space is limited. Registration required. Ages 14 and above. No horticulture or art experience necessary. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Registration opens February 15 at 9 am Pacific time. To register, click or tap here or the yellow button below.

Materials: Gardening gloves required. Hand-pruners and safety glasses are recommended. All plants and potting materials are included in the class fee. Guests will be working with live plants, wire, and gardening tools.

Parking is free. Please arrive 15 minutes before the program start time. Sun protection and a reusable water bottle are recommended.
