Welcome the spring season by creating your own mosaic mini-garden birdhouse. Led by mosaic artist Mary Clark-Camargo, you will design and build a 5” x 5” garden bird house decorated with glass and ceramic tiles and shapes. You will learn mosaic techniques as well as tap into your creativity in this fun and challenging class.
Saturday, April 4, 1-3 pm
Fee: $53.50 per participant. All materials required for this class are provided. Available to guests age 14 and up. Workshop fees are nonrefundable within 10 days prior to event.
About the instructor: Artist Mary Clark-Camargo has been creating mosaic art for more than 20 years. She has appeared on HGTV, DIY Network, and The Fine Living Channel showcasing her techniques, and her work has been exhibited in numerous galleries and at the Autry and Southwest Museums in Los Angeles. Known for her large-scale Day of the Dead Calaveras and public art in Pasadena and Eagle Rock, she now runs a Glendale, California, studio where she teaches mosaics and continues her fine and public art projects.
Parking is free. Please arrive 15 minutes before the program start time. Stop by the reception desk to be shown where the class will be meeting.
