Explore the beautiful gardens of Sunnylands with a workshop using objects found and collected in nature. Create an impermanent art masterpiece utilizing objects found in nature as art-making tools to create notecards.
Saturday, February 7, 9:30 am-11:30 am
Fee: $17.10 per participant. All materials required for this class are provided. Available to guests age 15 and up, or as young as 8 with an accompanying adult. Workshop fees are nonrefundable within 10 days prior to event.
Weather permitting, the workshop will take place outside. Sun protection, comfortable clothing, and water is recommended.
About the artist: Judy Nemer Sklar is an expressive arts facilitator, professional artist, writer, and owner of Creative Life Workshops for health and wellness. She holds a master’s degree in art and humanities and is completing her second master’s degree in expressive arts therapy. Her workshops integrate the expressive arts and wellness component to support the well-being of young and old.
Parking is free. Please arrive 15 minutes before the program start time. Stop by the reception desk to be shown where the class will be meeting.
