Art Experience: Day of the Dead Mosaic Skulls

Join mosaic artist Mary Clark-Camargo for a Day of the Dead-themed class where participants will learn mosaic techniques to create their own 6-by-8-inch mosaic skull wall hanging using glass and ceramic tiles and shapes.

Fee: $35 per person. No art experience necessary. Space is limited. Reservations are required.

Artist Mary Clark-Camargo has been composing mosaic art for more than 20 years. She has appeared on several popular television programs for HGTV, DIY Network, and Fine Living. Her works have been exhibited in numerous art galleries and museums, such as the Autry Museum of the American West and the Southwest Museum of the American Indian in Los Angeles. She became well known for her large-scale Day of the Dead Calaveras and public art projects for Pasadena, California, and the Eagle Rock section of Los Angeles. She currently owns and operates her art studio in Eagle Rock, teaching mosaic classes and creating fine art, public art, and commissioned works.
