Through beautiful imagery by photographer David Loftus, this new exhibition invites guests to view trees not just as landscape features but as art, each tree with its own sculptural form and seasonal expression.

The smallest of the Hesperaloe species at Sunnylands, Brakelights boast deep red blooms, but can be tinged with dark purple, making them incredibly striking to see up close. Hesperaloe in general appears to be popular with both nectaring hummingbirds and opportunistic caterpillar species.
