Anna Van Hollen is an International Affairs Fellow with the Council on Foreign Relations.

She previously worked at Meta as a director of policy planning, chief of staff, policy manager, and speechwriter.

Prior to Meta, Van Hollen worked as a freelance journalist in the Middle East as a fellow with the Pulitzer Center for International Crisis Reporting.

She holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, a master’s degree in international relations from the London School of Economics, and a bachelor’s degree in history from Davidson College, where she was a Belk and Smith scholar.
