Matt Craven

Associate Partner, McKinsey & Company

Matt Craven is a consultant at McKinsey & Company in the global public health practice. In 2014, Matt took a leave of absence from McKinsey & Company to lead field operations for World Health Organization’s response to the Ebola outbreak in Sierra Leone, the worst-affected country. Before joining McKinsey in 2012, Matt worked for five years in Africa, scaling up HIV testing and treatment in Tanzania, and overseeing construction of a 150-bed hospital in Rwanda.

Matt received his MD from Stanford School of Medicine. He graduated with honors from Stanford with is bachelors in economics.
