Protected: Lily Flick

Lily Flick is a fourth year Arabic and Global Studies student. She is particularly interested in the MENA region, specifically regional conflict in the Levant, regional diplomacy, and social movements. She is currently an intern with the UCLA Burkle Center for International Relations and previously worked with the Center for International Private Enterprise in Washington, D.C. as a Policy and Program Learning intern. At UCLA, Flick has interned for and is now a research assistant with the Center for Middle Eastern Development (CMED) investigating U.S. policy toward Israel. She is also a news reporter for the Daily Bruin newspaper. Following graduation, she hopes to study Arabic and work with a civil society organization in the MENA region and eventually obtain a master’s degree in international relations.
