Sundays at Sunnylands

Families are invited to enjoy Sundays at Sunnylands where toys and games are available in the gardens for children of all ages to engage with. Find colorful blocks, hula hoops, ribbons, butterfly wings, and more.

On your way to the gardens, stop by the reception desk to borrow a "No-Tech Tote," a themed activity bag and blanket filled with toys, books, and coloring utensils that will inspire kids and adults to spend a few hours disconnected from electronic devices.

On participating Sundays, toys, blocks, and other items are set up outdoors on the Great Lawn from 9 am to 2:30 pm. Sun protection, water, and comfortable closed-toed shoes are recommended. Parking and admission are free.

Please note, the Dec. 17 Sundays at Sunnylands activity has been canceled due to a staff appreciation day event. We apologize for the inconvenience. This program will resume the following week on Sunday, Dec. 24.

This program is available on most Sundays from November through April.

Program changes may require the cancellation or rescheduling of some events. Outdoor programs may be canceled or modified due to weather conditions, including rain, lightning, or strong winds.
