Coachella Valley Days of Los Muertos is hosting a free series of virtual workshops about Día de los Muertos to expand cultural awareness and understanding of the celebration.
These weekly workshops are held on Zoom on the following Wednesdays from 5–6 pm:
October 6: How Humans Celebrate our Ancestors
October 13: Meaning of Personal Ofrenda
October 20: Creating Your Ofrenda
October 27: Reflection and Sharing

Ofrendas (altars) are often decorated with photographs, personal keepsakes, and objects of loved ones as a way to honor them in a personal, memorable, and meaningful way.
