Tarun Chhabra is Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Technology and National Security at the U.S. National Security Council. He previously was a Senior Fellow at Georgetown University’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology, the Brookings Institution’s Project on International Order and Strategy, and worked on the National Security Council and at the Pentagon during the Barack Obama Administration.
